Choosing whether to start therapy can be a hard decision. There can be moments in life where we feel overwhelmed and like there is no hope. It may be due to a variety of reasons such as trauma, depression, anxiety, or unexpected life changes. Although the idea of change can feel unattainable, I’m here to help you achieve positive change. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can show up authentically without shame or judgment.
There is a strong connection between the mind and body, and I believe in working on both. Feeling well both physically and emotionally is what I help individuals strive for. Working collaboratively, I will help you recognize your strengths and abilities so you can be the version of yourself that you envision. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, and emotional regulation. Everyone’s goals and needs are unique, and I will work with you to determine what yours are. I have used a variety of evidence-based practices and through collaboration we will be able to find the right treatment for your needs.
