Hi! I’m Kelsey and I’m so glad you’re here! I am passionate about the transformative power of therapy. As a military spouse, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with transitions in life. Whether you’re navigating a big life move, feeling stuck with where you’re currently at in life, adjusting to a new role, or processing past trauma, I’m here to walk with you through those changes.

Life can be hard! You may be struggling with spiraling or intrusive thoughts, low energy, or a lack of joy. If you find yourself feeling stuck in negative thought patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from the things that once brought you happiness, I am here to help you regain a sense of control and find your way back to balance and fulfillment.

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, believing in the power of healing and self-discovery. Therapy offers a safe space to explore your emotions, uncover the root causes of stress or pain, and develop strategies for growth and resilience. I truly believe that understanding ourselves better is the key to living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Therapy is a collaboration and a partnership. I will be here to listen, guide, and support you, but ultimately, you are the expert of your own life. We’ll work to uncover insights, build coping skills, and create a plan that aligns with your goals and values.

Whether you’re navigating the challenges of military life, experiencing a difficult personal transition, or simply feeling disconnected from the joy you once had and the person you want to be, I am here to support you. Together, we can work through the obstacles you’re facing, develop tools for healing and resilience, and uncover a path toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.
